How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), credit/debit cards, GoPay, OVO, Dana, and ShopeePay. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Indonesia. International shipping is coming soon. Stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
