Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping: Rp 25,000 (3-7 business days)

Free shipping on orders over Rp 500,000

Express shipping: Rp 45,000 (1-2 business days)

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at support@example.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Items must be in sellable condition
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We may request photos of the product and packaging, so please keep the original packaging until you contact us.
